Crafting Developments that Exceed Expectations
“As the lead project manager for SNC on this project, I can attest to the professional nature of Western’s team, their stedfast construction management abilities, and constant communication with all relevant parties that contributed to a successful project. I certainly look forward to potentially working with Western, LLC on future projects should the opportunity present itself.” -Brandon Main, Western Regional Property and Facilities, SNC (Sierra Nevada Corporation), NV
“Western, LLC performed an amazing and seamless job for the City of palm Springs and its leaseholder Signature Flight Support. Western, LLC sub-leased the parcel (Signature was primary leaseholder), designed and entitled the development (including completing and filing FAA Form 7460), provided financing, built the project, formed the Condominium Association and handed the condominium owners the keys ahead of schedule and at the prices Western, LLC quoted as well as took care of the buyers through(and past) warranty. Without any Hesitation I strongly recommend Western, LLC for associated Airport development opportunities.”-Richard Walsh, M.Sc.,A.A.E., (Former) Director of Aviation, Palm Springs Airport, CA
“There were significant challenges during the project. The project was the largest at the airport to be entitled by the City of Chino subsequent to annexation of the County Airport into the City of Chino. Many aspects of the permitting and entitlement process had to be established and vetted during the course of the project. Specifically, there were no established processes for granting easement to the various utility companies that were providing electrical and telecommunication services to the project site. Legal descriptions of the dedications were required to be developed and included as a component of the easement granting application. Mr. Henderson and his team managed these challenges without burdening our Department of Airports.
The project was completed in a timely manner and is a superior product in our airport portfolio. Your organization will be pleased with the caliber of the product and the integrity of Mr. Henderson’s team.”-James Jenkins, Director of Airports, San Bernardino County, CA
I am grateful that you were involved in this Jetlinx project as Owner Representative. You were the glue that kept this very challenging project on course and over the finish line. As you know, many hurdles arose during the course of construction which were always handled by you in a positive and team-oriented manner. This kept the Owner, Architect, and Contractor on the same page and pulling in the same direction, thus allowing the project to continually move forward.
You were able to successfully navigate unchartered fire code issues with City of Omaha, that ended up saving Ownership millions of dollars. Although this created schedule modifications and other conflicts, the financial benefits outweighed these issues due to your management with the team.
Prior to you taking on the project the Owner hired an underperforming General Contractor to start the project. Once this was discovered you made the decisive decision to proceed with a different General Contractor, Ronco Construction. This is not an easy decision nor effort to pull off during the middle of construction, although you navigated this process flawlessly.
In the end, Jetlinx project turned out to be a successful endeavor in which all partied involved should be proud.
Thank you again for working together on this one. Lance Clausen, Sr. Project Manager, Ronco Construction
With all the obstacles that popped up during this build, I feel everything was handled about as good as it could have been by the team with Brad’s help. Taking over a project is never ideal or fun, but this happened with little complications due to the great communication between Ronco and the ownership team. It was a pleasure to work with Brad and his wife. Overall, it was a fun and rewarding project to be a part of. ~James Vath, Superintendent, Ronco Construction
